The second respondent has filed counter affidavit and the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the elected committee of management has assumed office on and from 01.07.2011.
2. It is seen that there is nothing to be adjudicated in the writ petition as far as the prayer is concerned.
3. Hence, recording the statements made in the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
