On 22.08.2014 the matter was adjourned finally. That was the twelfth adjournment of the matter. Again on 12.09.2014 at the request made on behalf of Sri A. Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 20.09.2014 with the specific rider that no further adjournments would be granted.
Today, again the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment. It is clear that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
The CRP is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
