This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4, in not supplying essential commodities to fair price shop No.37 of Hathavaram Cherlopalli Village, Rajampet Mandal, Kadapa District, in respect of which the petitioner holds authorization, for distribution to the ration card holders, followed by seizure of the essential commodities from the said shop.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) representing the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation was suspended by order, dated 15-10-2014.
In view of suspension of the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, the whole premise, on which this Writ Petition is filed, turned out to be incorrect. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, if he feels aggrieved by the said order of suspension.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.38996 of 2014, filed by the petitiner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
