JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter is going on and it was adjourned today. However, learned advocate for the respondent institution has personal difficulty. Learned advocate Mr.Mankad for the petitioner requested the Court to permit the petitioner to attend the classes which is commencing from 02.01.2013, to which learned advocate for the respondent has raised objection.
It goes without saying that no equity is likely to be created in any manner at the same time no harm is going to be caused to any party. The matter is kept on 07.01.2013 and appropriate order can be passed in case if it is so permitted.
