THIS WRIT APPEAL COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE, DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
JUDGMENT Ag.CJ (Oral):
1. This intra Court appeal is directed against the order dated 16.01.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.28241/2014. In the writ petition, the appellant herein had challenged the Government Order dated 07.06.2014 (Annexure-S) whereby, the Government High School at Alaghatta in Chitradurga District is permitted to be shifted to Bharamasagara in Chitradurga District.
2. Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant is not able to refer to any contravention of the law in passing the above Government Order. Hence, we find no ground to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed. In view of dismissal of the appeal, IA No.1/2017 filed for interim stay also stands dismissed. However, the appellant is at liberty to approach the Government with regard to his grievance.
Appeal dismissed.
