This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for not implementing the orders dated 15.12.2011 in W.P.No.7523 of 2002 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to release the salaries attached to the aided post for which the first petitioner’s husband worked at Vivekananda Gurukula Vidyalaya High School, Mahanandi, Kurnool District from 1981 to 2002 as per the orders of High Court orders dated 15.12.2011 in W.P.No.7253 of 2002 by releasing grant-in-aid to the said post immediately.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents failed to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7253 of 2002 to consider the case of the petitioners for admission of grant-in-aid status in accordance with law, release the salary and consequential benefits attached to the post as per grant-in-aid, as per rules to the legal representatives who are the present petitioners in the writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.7253 of 2002 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this writ petition shall stand closed.
