ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.2563/2014/A, dated 20.08.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
Considering the allegations on which the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization has been suspended, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to hold a detailed enquiry following the procedure explained in B.Manjula Vs. District Collector, Civil Supplies, Kurnool (Writ Petition No.32713 of 2011, dated 26.11.2014), (copy of which is enclosed), pass an appropriate order and communicate the same to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In order to enable respondent No.2 to follow the said judgment, a copy thereof shall be enclosed. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50639 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
