… Respondentss THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.7236 OF 2005 O R D E R Ms.T.Rajya Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the bundle is misplaced and seeks time. However, the docket reflects that adjournments were granted to the petitioner on several occasions. Further, the docket also reflects that on 14.03.2012 a representation was made before this Court that the petitioner had died and that steps would be taken to bring his legal representatives on record. However, no such steps have been taken till date.
As the petitioner is stated to have died as long back as in or before March, 2012, the writ petition has abated and is accordingly dismissed as such. Interim order dated 04.04.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
