JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to re-survey the total land of 1.10 cents comprised in Survey No.245/4 measuring an extent of 0.22 acres, Survey No.245/3 measuring an extent of 0.22 acres, Survey No.243/2 measuring an extent of 0.57 acres, Survey No.244/3 measuring an extent of 0.05 acres and Survey No. 244/4 measuring an extent of 0.04 acres and demarcate 1 acre and 1 cents and 9 cents separately and hand over the excess 9 cents to him, by considering his representation dated 05.04.2017.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017 to demarcate the lands, the 4th respondent has not considered the same and passed orders so far.
5. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017 for demarcating the lands and pass orders in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2017, for demarcating the lands and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
7. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
