As there was no representation for the petitioner when the matter was called for hearing on 22.1.2014, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “FOR DISMISSAL” today. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation.
2. The writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not finalising the review petition filed by the petitioner on 29.5.2013.
3. Sri K. Srinivas Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, represents that the said review petition was disposed of on 17.10.2013 itself against which a separate writ petition being W.P.No.32684 of 2013 has been filed and as such the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
4. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.33752 of 2013 is dismissed as unnecessary. No order as to costs.
