JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner along with Mr.G.Senthil Kumar, filed a petition in M.P.No.106 of 2015 on the file of the respondent to declare that they are the persons next in line of succession to the post of Hereditary Trustees in Arulmigu Mariamman Temple, Kinathukkadavu Village, Kinathukkadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District and since it has not been given disposal, came forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (H.R. & C.E.) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner in M.P.No.106/2015, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
