On 09.06.2014, when the case was called, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and the case was posted to 07.07.2014. On 07.07.2014, when the case was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a mistake in making representation that the petitioner expired and in fact the petitioner is alive. However, he sought time till today. Today when the case is called, there is no representation.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non- prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
