THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19162 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent challenging the dismissal order. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner filed the appeal on 24-5-2012, so far, the appeal has not been disposed of.
This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
Pursuant to the dismissal order, the petitioner is out of service and therefore, the appeal requires expeditious disposal.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 24-5-2012 and the reminder dated 4-6-2014 as expeditiously as possible not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
