Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 2.2.2016 for appointment on compassionate ground in commensurate with the petitioner's educational qualification and grant the petitioner all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the relief stated above.
2. According to the petitioner, her mother was appointed as part time Nutritious Noon Meal Organiser in Lalaimagal Middle School, Alandur on 18.12.1985. Subsequently, the petitioner's mother's service was regularised as Noon Meal Organizer. While so, her mother died on 7.5.2012 due to ill health. The petitioner is a degree holder and she is unemployed. She made a representation on 20.10.2012 seeking for compassionate appointment and subsequently, she made another representation dated 2.2.2016. However, there is no response from the respondents so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Considering the nature and limited scope of the prayer made, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 20.10.2012 and 2.2.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
