mmi ORDER Alleging that the order dated 14.08.2014 made in W.P.No.21135 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned single Judge has allowed the writ petition in favour of the petitioner. However, the same has been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.03.2017 in W.A.No.279 of 2017.
3. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench, the contempt petition filed against the order passed by the learned single Judge is not maintainable and therefore, the same is closed.
