ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed on apprehension that the respondents are likely to take over the petitioners’ lands admeasuring Ac.10-00 in Sy.No.86 of Tadekenapally village, Kalluru Mandal, Kurnool District, for providing house sites to houseless persons under Indiramma Scheme. In support of their apprehension, the petitioners have filed a copy of a news report.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment) submitted that if the petitioners’ lands are required, the respondents will follow the due process of law.
In the light of the above facts of the case, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioners from their lands admeasuring Ac.10-00 in Sy.No.86 of Tadekenapally village, Kalluru Mandal, Kurnool District, without following due process of law.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP 47283/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
