ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 08.02.2013 in W.P.No.1272 of 2012.
The respondent filed a counter-affidavit. He is also present in the Court at the hearing.
The learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondent submitted that the respondent is ready and willing to register the document if the same is presented by the petitioner and that so far, the petitioner has not presented the document for registration.
Mr. L.J. Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client will present the document immediately.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel and placing on record the stand of the respondent that he will register the document if and when presented by the petitioner, the contempt case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
