JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26734 of 2009 Between:
G. Satyanarayana PETITIONER AND The Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Old Meerpet (V), Saroornagar (M), Ranga Reddy District.
RESPONDENT ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri B. Seshi Bhushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
