2. The maternal uncle of the minor children filed the above O.P., seeking to appoint him as guardian of the person and properties of the minor children, by name G. Venkata Ramana and G. Jayakrishna, which was opposed by the respondents. The trial Judge, by the impugned order, allowed the petition. Aggrieved by the same, the 2nd Respondent in the petition has preferred the present appeal.
3. During the pendency of the appeal, both the minor children have become majors, their date of births are being 05.06.1994 and 09.06.1996 respectively. Hence, the subject matter of the appeal has become infructuous.
4. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed accordingly. No costs.
