ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.K/2126/2014, dated 10.02.2014, of respondent No.1, whereby he has placed the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation under suspension pending enquiry.
Considering the fact that the impugned order of suspension was passed as far back as 10.02.2014, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same at this stage, more so, when it was passed pending enquiry.
In this view of the matter, while declining to interfere with the order of suspension impugned in this Writ Petition, respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.38538 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
