ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not supplying the Kerosene to the petitioner dealership of Syndicate Nagar, Rachanapalli Village, Anantapur Mandal, Anantapur District though the petitioner authorization is subsisting is illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the A.P.State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 and consequently direct respondents 2 and 3 to supply the Kerosene to the petitioner dealership of Syndicate Nagar, Rachanapalli Village, Anantapur Mandal, Anantapur District.”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.CS/696/2014, dated 10.11.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has restored the authorisation of the petitioner on finding that the complaints made against him are found false.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, further action contemplated against him is dropped.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.40392 and 41384 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
