HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY ASMP.No.2099 of 2014 and A.S.No.638 of 2012 Appellants 1 and 2 and respondents 4 and 5 are present in person before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They filed ASMP.No.2099 of 2014 for recording the terms of compromise agreed between the parties as mentioned in the memorandum of compromise. They stated that they agreed as per the terms and conditions of memorandum of compromise and sought for disposal of the appeal. The learned counsel for the appellants stated that respondents 1 to 3 are formal parties and the appeal is not pressed against them and in the affidavit, the same is stated, as such, the appeal stands dismissed against respondents 1 to 3.
Accordingly, the terms of compromise mentioned in memorandum of compromise are recorded and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise.
