None had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 24.06.2019, whereupon this Court had passed the following order:
“None for the petitioners.
Awaiting appearance of the counsel for the petitioners, hearing of the petition is deferred.
It is made clear that in case none appears on behalf of the petitioners on the next date of hearing, appropriate orders shall be passed.
List after two weeks.”
Today also when the matter is called, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non- prosecution.
