(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Alleging that the orders passed by this Court dated 24.08.2016 in W.P.Nos.1237 to 1239 of 2016 have not been complied with, the present contempt petitions have been filed.
2. When these contempt petitions were taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the orders passed in the writ petitions have been complied with. He has also produced copies of the orders passed by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Ooty in Na.Ka.Nos.1094/ A2/2017, 102/A2/2015 and 947/A2/2015 respectively dated 25.10.2017, to that effect.
3. Recording the above, the contempt petitions are closed.
