ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the order of the 2nd respondent vide Rc.B.1004/2014, dated 25-10-2014 in suspending petitioner’s fair price shop authorization under sub- clause (5) of 5 of A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional in violation of principles of natural justice, violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and to set-aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to run Fair Price Shop No.21 in Gulupalli village, Bethamcherla Mandal, Kurnool District, by supplying the essential commodities continuously …”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.B.1004/2004, dated 25-11-2014 of respondent No.2 whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In view of these proceedings, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.44828 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
