RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 1473 of 2003 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the writ petition there has been subsequent development and in view of such development the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In support of his submission he has produced a document wherefrom it appears what the learned counsel says.
Let a copy of the said document be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
The writ petition is accordingly closed giving liberty to the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law, if so occasion arises and advised.
