For Petitioner : Mr.P.Chandrasekar For 1st Respondent : Mr.Velmurugan for M/s.P.Nethaji O R D E R The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.08.2017 made in E.A.No.19 of 2014 in E.P.No.84 of 2013 in O.S.No.340 of 1990 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif at Puducherry.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner is agreed to vacate the premises in four months (i.e.) 31st March 2018. He will also undertakes before this Court that he will file undertaking affidavit on 24.11.2017.
3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection for the undertaking given by the petitioner.
4. In the light of the above submission made by the counsel for the parties, this Court is inclined to direct the revision petitioner to vacate the demised premises on or before 31.03.2018 and hand over the possession to the respondent. The undertaking affidavit shall form part of the order.
With the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
