G. Rama Murthy PETITIONER AND 1. A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Andhra Pradesh, Chandra Vihar, Hyderabad, rep. by its Secretary, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Sri C. Pratap Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
