JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent to produce the car bearing Registration No.TN-69- AV-3233 belonging to the petitioner, before the concerned learned Magistrate. The said car was seized by the respondent on the ground that the same was used for the alleged offence under Section 420 r/w 34 IPC.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the nature of the crime involved in this case relates to Central Crime Branch, Allikulam, Egmore.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to transfer all the papers related to this case, which are available with him, to the Special Court, Central Crime Branch, Allikulam, Egmore, for producing the car in question, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Special Court, Central Crime Branch, Allikulam, Egmore, for appropriate remedy.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
