Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shiv Badan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the order dated 28.05.2019, passed in the Matters Under Article 227 No. 4416 of 2019, dismissing the petition.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Court be directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Original Suit No. 38 of 2018 within a time found period.
The suit is of the year 2018. As such, I am not inclined to issue any direction as has been prayed for.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
