Learned counsel representing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners represented that there are some typographical mistakes in the writ affidavit and, instead of correcting the mistakes by way of an amendment petition, the petitioners seek to file a fresh writ petition.
2. Permission is granted.
3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
