This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in CC.No. 14 of 2012 on the file of II-Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district for alleged offences under section 420, 468, 471 IPC.
2. Sri D.Y.N.L.N. Charyulu represented that he has given ‘no objection’ to the petitioner about one month back and petitioner has taken away the bundle.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has not received any instructions.
4. As seen from the material papers filed along with this criminal petition, Police after due investigation filed charge sheet which is registered as CC.No. 14 of 2012.
5. Considering the same, as the petitioner has not shown any interest in prosecuting the case, this criminal petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to urge the grounds raised in this criminal petition before the trial court and that trial court shall consider the same without being influenced by dismissal of this criminal petition.
6. With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
