ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in R.C.No.1455/2014, dated 04.09.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorisation in respect of fair price shop No.17 of Akkampeta Village, Manubolu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.
A perusal of the impugned order shows that on the allegation that the petitioner is shown to have supplied the essential commodities in the names of the persons holding certain bogus cards, his fair price shop authorisation has been suspended.
Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has seriously disputed the said allegation.
Inasmuch as the impugned order is passed as an interim measure pending enquiry and passing of final order into the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the same at this stage.
As a show cause notice was issued on 04.09.2014 itself and the petitioner is stated to have submitted his explanation on 15.09.2014, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order on an objective and rational consideration within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.37269 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
