THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Ashwin.S.Halady, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent.
2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent in not considering the representation dated 22.07.2017 submitted by her to issue ‘No Objection Certificate’ to the property in question, Site bearing Kaneshumari No.108 measuring East to West 49 feet, North to South 50 feet, Khatha No.112 of Sulikere Grama Panchayath, situated at Doddagollahatti Village, Nagadevanahalli Dhakhale, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the said representation of the petitioner at Annexure-D to the writ petition shall be considered by the respondent- BDA in accordance with law within a time frame.
4. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be sub-served in directing the respondent-BDA to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-D dated 22.07.2017 and shall take decision in accordance with law in an expedite manner in any event, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
