On 17.11.2017, this Court had granted four weeks time to the petitioner to take necessary steps for service of notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2, failing which the petition would stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court.
2. On 12.12.2017, another order came to be passed recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not wish to press the memo for withdrawal of the petition. The memo was accordingly dismissed. However, no steps have been taken to serve the respondents.
Therefore, in terms of the order dated 17.11.2017, this writ petition stands dismissed.
