Nobody appears for the petitioner today also. Even otherwise, the locus standi of the petitioner with respect to an appeal filed by the 3rd respondent is in serious doubt. On the earlier dates of hearing, this was indicated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, as nobody appears, it is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
