ORDER The learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner to dispose off the pending Miscellaneous Appeal No.04/1989-90.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 is directed to dispose off the pending Miscellaneous Appeal No.04/1989- 90 vide Annexure-A within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance with four weeks.
