Heard Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.S.Ramachandra Murthy, learned Special Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.
2. The learned Special Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the enquiry was completed whereunder the petitioner was reinstated into service by issuing final warning to him. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
