Respondents The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the third respondent herein in his Proceedings No.5074/OTD-B2/2010 dt.1.12.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent herein to publish the petitioner's withheld result in Registration No.00419394 and consequently direct the first and second respondents herein to issue appointment order to the petitioner in the appropriate Post of Combined Subordinate Service Examination-I 2008 published in Advertisement No.176 and issue the appointment order with effect from the date of selection of candidates selected in the Advertisement No.176 with all service and monetary benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to quash the order of the thrid respondent dated 01.12.2010 in his Proceedings No.5074/OTD-B2/2010.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would produce the copy of the Memorandum No. 5136/OTD-B2/2008, dated 31.03.2015 in and by which, the petitioner had been selected provisionally for the post of Assistant and was appointed by direct recruitment.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
