ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in calling for further negotiations as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, it has come out that the respondents have awarded contract in favour of a third party, after the writ petition is filed. Therefore, the cause on which the writ petition is filed has become infructuous. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the award of contract in favour third party, he shall be free to file a fresh writ petition questioning the same.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.31114 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
