JUDGMENT / ORDER

Earlier, on 24.04.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing and ready to settle the matter and pay the entire cheque amount and seeks time for such payment. Hence, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, case was adjourned to 20.06.2017. On 20.06.2017, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected M.Ps. are closed.
