ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/6909/2014, dated 27.09.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorisation in respect of fair price shop No.18 of Kurangunta Village, Ananthapuram Mandal and District.
A perusal of the impugned order shows that on the allegation that the petitioner is shown to have supplied the essential commodities in the names of the persons holding certain bogus cards, her fair price shop authorisation has been suspended.
Sri N.Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has seriously disputed the said allegation.
Inasmuch as the impugned order is passed as an interim measure pending enquiry and passing of final order into the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the same at this stage.
As a show cause notice was issued on 27.09.2014 itself and the petitioner is stated to have submitted her explanation on the very same day, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry and pass a final order on an objective and rational consideration within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.37517 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
