ORDER:
This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by proceedings in Rc.No.K13/APT/830/2014 dated 22.11.2014 of respondent No.2, whereby he has rejected the stay application filed by the petitioner in the appeal filed against the order in D.Dis.No.D1CS/5208/2014 dated 20.10.2014 of respondent No.3, whereby he has cancelled the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.) has submitted that on realizing his mistake in cancelling the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, without conducting enquiry, respondent No.3 has restored the petitioner’s authorization, vide his proceedings in Rc.No.D1CS/10070/2014 dated 12.12.2014. He has placed before the Court letter dated 15.12.2014 of respondent No.3 addressed to the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.), wherein the said information has been furnished.
In the light of the remedial steps taken by respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48408 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
