Sri Bommagani Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. To that effect, he has also filed a letter dated 22.01.2014 before the Registry.
2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of disposal of the writ petition W.P.M.P.No.28370 of 2013 are dismissed as unnecessary. No order as to costs.
