ORDER R. DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
The petitioner was working as Typist-copyist in the Court of the Civil Judge and JMFC at Gudibande. Disciplinary proceedings was initiated against the petitioners and after conclusion of the disciplinary enquiry a report was submitted by the Enquiry Officer. The Disciplinary Authority proceeded to pass the impugned order dismissing the petitioner from service.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that an order passed by the Disciplinary Authority is an appealable order where the administrative judge of this Court is the Appellate Authority.
3. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
4. In view of the dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.2/2018 is also rejected.
