Sri Sampangi B K Aged about 50 Years S/o Late C Krishnappa R/at Begur Village Begur Hobli Bengaluru South Taluk Bengaluru- 560 068 [By Sri Janardhana G, Adv. for R-1 to R-4 R-5 and R-6 are served and unrepresented) …Respondents These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order dated: 03.06.2017 passed on Interlocutory application No. 17 and 18 in O.S. 1109/2007 passed by the Hon’ble Principal Sr. Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District at Bengaluru Annexure-A and etc.
These petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R These writ petitions are filed against the order dated 03.06.2017 on I.A.Nos.17 and 18 in O.S.No.1109/2007 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru ['Trial Court' for short].
2. It is discerned that the said O.S.No.1109/2007 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petitions stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
