JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28162 of 2010 Between:
G. Kamala Prasad PETITIONER AND 1. The Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Home Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in providing security to the 5th respondent as illegal and being contrary to G.O.Rt.No.655, dated 13.03.1997 and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to review the allotment of security to the 5th respondent in the light of his criminal antecedents.
At the time of filing of the writ petition the 5th respondent was a Standing Member of Legislative Assembly.
The superintendent of Police, Chittoor District, the 4th respondent herein, filed a letter dated 18.11.21014 stating that in pursuance of the orders of this Court, the Security Review Committee in the special meeting held on 29.10.2014, has decided to withdraw 4+4 PSOs to Sri C.K. Jayachandra Reddy @ C.K. Babu, Ex-MLA, Chittoor, the 5th respondent herein, and to continue 2+2 PSOs on payment basis.
In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to approach this Court as and when fresh cause of action arises.
Recording the said request, the present writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
