This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of a false complaint made by one Pandurangan, against the petitioner.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the presence of the petitioner is no more required for any enquiry.
