This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram to complete the trial in the case in C.C.No.156 of 2014, expeditiously within a stipulated time frame.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted R.MAHADEVAN, J.
KM that the case has been posted on 28.03.2017 before the Trial Court and on that day, it will be taken up for trial and the same will be completed as expeditiously as possible.
3. Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram, to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
