ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in stopping supply of the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop of Kassamudram Village, Amadaguru Mandal, Anantapur District, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that a new incumbent of the office of respondent No.3 has joined recently and that he is willing to continue the petitioner as the temporary fair price shop dealer by allotting the essential commodities, provided the latter submits the required Demand draft.
In the light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3 to allot the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop pertaining to January, 2015 quota, for distribution and issue release order on payment of the value of the stocks by way of demand draft by the petitioner.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50457 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
